On November 24, 1998, the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity granted a group of students at LaSalle University the ability
to establish and maintain a colony of said Fraternity at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania which would soon become the
Theta Sigma Chapter of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity subjected to the constitution and by-laws of the National
